long before, I played My part.
Now My cycle's done.
It's time for Your's to start. 
This world's evil can be vanquished 
only by Who THOU art.

So Krishna came
into a world in disarray.
Vanquished evil,
established His sway
and went His way.

The wheels turned once again.
The cycle was done
and the story again begun.

So Krishna rang up Jesus -

This world's hunger can be satisfied
only by Who THOU art.

So Jesus came
to set things right again.
Became The Bread of Life,
even as the world
cut Him like a knife.

So here we are once again
at the start,
longing for the same.
